Asics Gel-Kayano 32 Tears After 20 Days
On October 11, 2025, I purchased the Asics Gel-Kayano 32 athletic shoes for my child from the Zorlu Mall store. After approximately 20 days of use, the fabric around the area above the big toes developed tears and holes. Experiencing this level of damage in such a short time has completely shaken my trust in the brand and the high price I paid for the shoes.
I sent the product in for inspection through the store, but my claim was denied without any explanation. I cannot accept either the fact that the shoes deteriorated so quickly or that my request was rejected without any justification.
I am firmly requesting a full refund for this product. A shoe that costs this much should not wear out within 20 days, and having my claim denied without explanation does not reflect the standards I expect from the Asics brand. I want my complaint to be taken seriously and the refund to be processed as soon as possible.
