The Asics Novablast running shoes I purchased through Trendyol became deformed after approximately six months of use, with tears developing in both the upper fabric and the inner lining of each shoe. I chose this brand because I trusted its durability and comfort, but the product should not have deteriorated this quickly.
When I contacted Asics/Trendyol about the issue, I was informed after inspection that there was no manufacturing defect and that no responsibility would be accepted. It was even indirectly implied that I had misused the product. Despite using the shoes regularly and carefully, this damage occurred, and the brand’s refusal to stand behind its product has been extremely disappointing.
I am requesting that the shoes be evaluated as defective and that I be provided with either a full refund or at least a replacement. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a claim with the Consumer Arbitration Board and requesting an expert examination.
