Marlboro Touch Blue Disappointment

I've been smoking Philip Morris' Marlboro Touch Blue for years, and I can't believe what's happened to my favorite cigarette. It's causing excessive phlegm and has an unpleasant taste. It even stinks; tobacco used to smell much better. How did a cigarette I'd been smoking for so long become so unpleasant? It's disappointing that they've changed the formula, and it's making me reconsider smoking it. If they don't fix it, I might as well give up. As a returning customer, I expect a certain level of quality, and this recent experience has disappointed me. I hope Philip Morris addresses this issue quickly and returns Marlboro Touch Blue to its original quality. Otherwise, they run the risk of losing long-term customers.

Before the month is over, you are increasing the price of cigarettes. We won't smoke anymore; what you are doing is shameful. In the past, you used to increase the price every 6 months; now you do it every month by 2 LR, and now it's 5 LR. We'll smoke tobacco instead; a pack costs 20 LR.
