Asics Gel-Nimbus 10.1 GTX Heel Lining Tears After Two Months

After using the Gel-Nimbus 10.1 GTX running shoes I purchased from the Asics online store for about two months, the inner heel lining tore. The torn area now rubs directly against my heel and has caused significant sores. Because of this, I can no longer wear the shoes, and they would need to be repaired in order for me to use them again.
The issue became clearly noticeable around December 15, 2025, and I sent the shoes in for inspection on December 26, 2025. I was informed that there was no manufacturing defect and that the damage was considered user-related. However, I find it completely unacceptable that the inner heel lining would tear so quickly under normal use and cause injury to my foot.
Considering both the price of the product and the trust I placed in the Asics brand, this situation has been very disappointing. I am requesting that the decision stating there is no manufacturing defect be reconsidered. If possible, I would like a refund or a replacement with the same model or an equivalent product.
