Asics Online Order Dispute After $86 Purchase Fails to Arrive

On December 5, 2025, I ordered a pair of Novablast 5 shoes through the Asics Turkey website. After completing the order, I later learned from the confirmation email that the product would be shipped from overseas. I paid $86 by credit card.
When I checked the tracking number, it shows that my order was delivered on January 3, 2026. However, neither I, nor my neighbors, nor the building superintendent received the package. Despite this, the system shows the order as delivered, which has left me in a serious and frustrating situation.
For days, I have been unable to access the Asics website, so I cannot find any phone number or communication channel to reach the company. I have also learned that Asics has changed ownership, and because of this, I cannot find a responsible party to address my issue.
Even though I paid for the product, it never reached me. I am requesting that my order either be urgently located and delivered or that the $86 be refunded to my credit card immediately.
