Peugeot Rifter 1.5 Allure Manufacturing Defects Ignored by Dealership
I purchased a brand new Peugeot Rifter 1.5 Allure from Kocaeli Çetaş Automotive. The day after receiving the vehicle, I noticed visible manufacturing defects in the windows and door strut bolts. These problems have persisted for approximately a month. I immediately reported the problems to the dealership, but I received a dismissive response, saying, "We can't do anything," and no solution was offered. This approach has caused me significant distress, considering the vehicle is brand new and under warranty. I request that the manufacturing defects I identified in my vehicle (chassis number: VR3EDYHP5sn536778, license plate: 41 hn141 be addressed under warranty, or if that's not possible, that the vehicle be replaced. I expect an immediate resolution to this matter.
