Peugeot Rifter Repair Delay - Waiting Five Weeks for Rear Bumper

My Peugeot Rifter was involved in an accident, and as a result, the rear bumper and right rear fender need to be replaced. Twenty days ago, I requested the replacement parts from the authorized Çetaş Çorlu service center. However, I was not given any clear information on when the parts would arrive from the main warehouse and was told that the process could take more than five weeks. During this time, I have been unable to use my vehicle, causing significant inconvenience. The service center has not provided any temporary solution, such as a replacement vehicle or transportation support. I also contacted Peugeot’s main office, but they offered no assistance. I am deeply disappointed that the part supply is taking so long and that my issue remains unresolved. Because of this experience, I have lost much of my trust in the Peugeot brand. I request that the part supply process be expedited and that my grievance be addressed promptly.
