In 2015, I purchased a brand new Peugeot 2008 model. The attached photos show that the rear door window seals have torn and started to rise. A mechanic in the workshop identified this issue as a manufacturing defect, noting that the windows are larger than normal, causing the seals to wear out and tear. However, Peugeot Turkey's authorized service evaluated the situation as normal. They stated that the windows were held by the seals, and over time, the worn seals caused the windows to rise. I believe that it is not normal for the seals to wear out and tear over time. I consider this problem to be either a manufacturing or design defect. I request that this issue be evaluated under customer satisfaction and that the seals be replaced free of charge. I kindly ask for my grievance to be addressed. I have attached photos related to the issue. I request that necessary actions be taken and that I be informed of the outcome. Thank you for your attention.
