Peugeot Sold Me a Damaged Car as New and Keeps Delaying My Replacement Request
Peugeot sold me a car as brand new, but since I had doubts, I took it for an inspection as soon as I bought it. The front right fender and the chassis end were damaged, along with a few other issues. I immediately contacted Peugeot, expecting them to take responsibility, but instead, they kept delaying the process. For months, Peugeot kept stalling me with promises of a replacement and left me completely stranded. In response to the damages found in the so-called brand-new car, they only offered ₺75,000. This amount is nowhere near enough to compensate for the loss of value and the frustration I have experienced. When I insisted that I had purchased a new car and demanded a replacement, they remained silent. I have been left completely disappointed.
