Peugeot Refuses to Resolve Paint Peeling and Rust Issue on My One-Year-Old Vehicle

While cleaning our vehicle, which has completed 1 year in June, we saw paint peeling and rust on the inside of the rear doors and front passenger door. Since it was still under warranty, we contacted Peugeot Turkey on 04.07.2024 and they directed us to the authorized service. After the inspection and photographing process was done at the service on that date, they told us to wait regarding the issue. In the meantime, we cannot make any calls regarding the process. They only say that they can give us information if they call. There is no information about the positive or negative outcome of the issue. This date has passed and it has still not been resolved. Such a big problem for a one-year-old vehicle can only be called a manufacturing defect. As consumers, we are aggrieved about the vehicle for which we paid such a large amount. We kindly ask you to help us to speed up the process and eliminate our grievance. Best regards H*** I***
