Peugeot 208 Alure Selection Defects Requiring Vehicle Replacement

Dears, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Peugeot 208 Alure Selection vehicle that I purchased, which was delivered to me on June 7, 2023. I made the payment for the car on May 26, 2023, and the invoice (Invoice no: ARS2023000000816) was issued on May 29, 2023. However, upon delivery, I noticed several issues with the vehicle. Firstly, the left front door has been removed and reinstalled, resulting in paint chipping and visible damage to the surrounding bolts. Additionally, there are localized paint and varnish drips along the left front corner, as well as black stains. Moreover, there is a 1 cm deep dent on the lower corner of the same door, and the door itself is misaligned, causing a 0.5cm shift towards the rear door. When the door is opened, it shakes significantly. The dealership only mentioned a hidden defect during the handover process, and the vehicle was delivered to me in a dark area on the second floor of the dealership. However, after noticing the problem one day later(June 8, 2023), I immediately reported the issue to the same dealership (MEPA Bahçelievler) and requested a technical report to initiate the vehicle replacement process. Despite a month passing since then, Peugeot Headquarters customer service has attempted to dismiss the matter by offering a compensation amount well below the market value (16,000 TL). On July 3, 2023, I sent a formal notice to the company, informing them of my intention to initiate legal proceedings. However, on July 13, 2023, the company responded to my notice with the same inadequate offer. Furthermore, Mepa Otomotiv forced me to pay 833,000 TL, an amount exceeding the list price of 783,000 TL, for the vehicle, including the Gold package(paint protection process) and floor mats. Considering the challenging times we are currently facing, I find myself in a distressing situation. Therefore, I am requesting an immediate replacement of the vehicle with a brand-new one.
