I transferred ₺4000 into my Pep wallet, and now I can’t withdraw it back to my own bank account or even deposit my credit card into the app. Every time I try to upgrade to Premium—because that’s apparently required to access my own money—the app crashes at the final step.
Worse, it says my withdrawal attempt is flagged as a “suspicious transaction,” even though I'm trying to move money from my own bank account to the same account. What kind of logic is that? It’s my money, and Pep is actively preventing me from accessing it.
Are you holding onto customer funds to earn interest on them? Because that’s what it’s starting to feel like. If this issue isn't resolved and my ₺4000 returned to my account within 3 days, I will take legal action like many others.
