Pep Blocked My Account for Security & Won’t Respond

I started using the Pep app and upgraded to a Premium account on the very first day. However, on the second day, I discovered that my account was blocked due to a security restriction, preventing me from making transactions.

After contacting customer service and live support, they instructed me to send a selfie holding my ID to d***@peple.com.tr**, which I did. Despite following their instructions, I received no response through the app’s chat feature or from their customer representatives.

This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Pep, remove the restriction on my account immediately! Has anyone else faced this issue? I expect a resolution now—don’t make me regret using your app!
