Pegasus Flight Ticket Refund Policy Issue
I purchased a flight ticket from Pegasus's website today for a flight tomorrow evening. My plans changed within half an hour. I called customer service, and they told me that they couldn't refund the ticket as refunds are only available 72 hours before the flight. I never received a full refund. The advertisement stated, 'Buy a holiday ticket for a friend, and if they don't come, get a refund 24 hours before.' When they didn't refund me, I found this statement online and read it, but they still said it was not possible. The campaign states that you can get a full refund if you cancel 24 hours before the scheduled flight or 30 minutes after booking. I tried to contact customer service representatives via message, but there was an issue with the page, and my request couldn't be sent. I received information that the email sent by the customer service representative on my behalf was sent, but I can't see what was written. The ticket campaign is attached.
