Pegasus Airlines Antalya-Cairo Flight Cancellation Issue

I purchased Antalya-Cairo flight tickets from Pegasus Airlines, which stated that the tickets were cancellable within 24 hours with a full refund. On the same day and at the same time, I made two ticket purchases using different cards for the same flights. I also made one ticket purchase for a flight on a different day but at the same time, totaling three ticket purchases.
When I canceled my tickets, ₺300 was immediately deducted, and I was faced with a loss of ₺600 for the two canceled flights. When I called customer service, I was rudely told to read our rules carefully, and that deductions are applied at this airport. When I filed a complaint, I received the same response.
However, no such rule is mentioned during the ticket purchase process, and it is stated that you will receive a full refund within 24 hours without any deductions. Pegasus is unfairly profiting by providing people with incorrect information. I demand the refund of the deducted amount.
