Pegasus Charged Cancellation Fee Despite Attempting Within 24 Hours
I purchased a ticket from Pegasus yesterday around 4 PM. Today, between 2 and 3 PM, I tried to cancel it, expecting to do so within the 24-hour cancellation window. However, they attempted to charge me a cancellation fee. I reached out to their Instagram support page at 4:30 PM, but they claimed the 24-hour window had already passed.
This is extremely frustrating, as I acted within what should have been the allowed timeframe. I am requesting either a full refund or a date change for the flight. Pegasus needs to resolve this issue promptly and honor their cancellation policy. Customers should not be penalized for following the rules.
