Pegasus Flight Change Payment Reversed Without Notification – Missed My Rescheduled Flight
I had a flight with Pegasus Airlines to Milan, Italy, on October 19, but due to illness, I needed to reschedule. I selected a new date (October 22) and completed the payment process, receiving a confirmation that the transaction was successful. Assuming everything was finalized, I didn’t check my booking details afterward.
However, I discovered that the change fee was refunded to my account after my new flight date had already passed, leaving me without a valid ticket. When I contacted customer service, I requested a discounted ticket for October 23 to avoid further inconvenience. They responded that the booking confirmation should always be rechecked, and there was nothing they could do to help.
This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply frustrating. I’m reaching out to see if others have faced a similar issue and if Pegasus can offer a resolution for customers in this situation.
