Pegasus Only Refunded 85% Despite Paying for Full Cancellation Guarantee

I purchased a ticket from Pegasus with an extra fee for the cancellation guarantee, thinking I could cancel at any time within the last 6 hours before the flight. However, when I tried to cancel my ticket two days before the flight, I was only refunded 85% of the total cost. This is misleading, as the company did not provide complete information when selling the cancellation guarantee. I paid for a full refund option and did not receive it. Pegasus should have been transparent about the refund policy. I am very disappointed and expect a full refund of my ticket as initially promised. Please address this issue promptly.
