Pegasus Damaged My Suitcase but Refused Fair Compensation Despite Evidence

During my trip to Copenhagen, Denmark with Pegasus Airlines on 11/04/2025, I discovered at the airport that my suitcase was damaged. The airport authorities recorded a baggage tag report and issued a damage report, a photo of which is attached. Although all relevant information was included in the report prepared at the airport, Pegasus responded to my compensation claim with legally unfounded, contradictory, and baseless statements, claiming that the tags attached to suitcases by Pegasus entail limited liability — a claim that can easily be disproved legally. Due to the limitation of uploading no more than 8 photos, I was only able to submit a portion of the correspondence as an attachment. I stated that if I do not receive a positive response as a result of the correspondence, I would pursue all legal avenues, including complaints to Xolvie, the Consumer Arbitration Committee, Consumer Court, Public Prosecutor’s Office, and international aviation platforms. In response to my final submission, despite sharing images showing that the second-hand value of my suitcase was at least $120 online, I was offered a ridiculous amount of just €30 on the grounds that I did not have the original invoice. Based on my determination to pursue all legal remedies until a fair outcome is reached, and in the hope that your platform will support this process, I respectfully submit my case.
