On January 18, 2025, during my Sarajevo-Istanbul flight with Pegasus Airlines, my suitcase was completely ruined beyond use. I reported it at the airport, filled out a damage form, and Pegasus provided a new suitcase as compensation. I thought the issue was resolved—but it was short-lived.
On January 25, 2025, during my Istanbul-Sarajevo return flight, the replacement suitcase—provided by Pegasus—was also completely destroyed. This is unbelievable! How can the same issue happen twice in a row with a brand-new bag?
As a major airline, Pegasus should offer permanent solutions instead of temporary, low-quality replacements that break just as easily. This is not acceptable. I tried reaching customer support, but no one is responding—even the email address doesn’t work!
I demand proper compensation and a lasting solution this time. Pegasus, handle this professionally and fix my issue once and for all!
