Pegasus Airlines Baggage Damage Issue

On August 23, 2025, during Pegasus flights PC601 and connecting flight PC4050, my suitcase was severely damaged at Kayseri Airport. The handle and wheels were broken, a part of it came off completely along with the grip area, and the suitcase became unusable. A report was filed at the airport, and I was told I would be given a new suitcase, but they said none were available at that time. I submitted my claim to Pegasus with the report and all related documents. However, the process has been continuously delayed with repeated requests for unnecessary documents, such as the original invoice for the suitcase and a wet-signed statement from the seller, which are almost impossible to obtain. Despite providing all possible documentation, Pegasus has been avoiding responsibility and refusing to make the payment. The responses I’ve received from customer service have been completely evasive, offering no real solution. I clearly stated that my suitcase was worth 1500₺. I demand an immediate end to the stalling tactics and unnecessary document requests, and I request that my grievance be resolved promptly by either replacing my suitcase or reimbursing me in full for its value. I do not accept Pegasus’s irresponsible approach and will pursue my rights to the fullest extent.
