Pegasus Airlines Damaged My Luggage On My Flight


On October 26, 2025, I traveled with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC332 from Budapest to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. After collecting my luggage and arriving at ISG Hotel, I noticed that my bag had a large tear on it. The zipper was completely closed, yet the fabric was badly ripped. My bag was in perfect condition before the flight, so it’s clear that this damage occurred during Pegasus’s baggage handling process. Arriving at the hotel late at night and finding my bag in this condition was extremely disappointing. My belongings were affected, and this level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. My request: I demand that my damaged bag be repaired or replaced, and that Pegasus compensates me for the inconvenience caused.
