Umingle Paid Unban Request Is Unfair After Mistaken Ban

I am contacting you regarding the restriction placed on my access to Umingle under Ban ID ea8c3ab5. I use Umingle on both my iPhone and an Android tablet, and I recently encountered a “You are banned” message stating the reason as “Gender Searching” and showing an Instant Unban payment option. I believe this ban was applied in error. I did not intentionally violate the Umingle Chat Rules, and the only related action was that I accidentally typed “(m)” by mistake. I have no intention of engaging in gender searching or any behavior against your community guidelines, and I respect the rules of the platform. I kindly request that you manually review my account and connection logs and remove this ban without requiring any payment, as I do not think a permanent restriction or paid unban is fair for an accidental message. I would appreciate it if my full access to Umingle could be restored after your review and if you could inform me of the outcome.
