Pegasus Stansted–Antalya Flight Cancelled and Rescheduled Without Warning

I was a passenger on Pegasus Airlines flight PC7020 from London Stansted to Antalya, with departure time scheduled for 11:00 and PNR code 1YGABJ. Our flight yesterday under the same PNR was cancelled without any explanation, and today’s 11:00 flight was postponed to 15:30, again without any notification. We only found out that the first flight was cancelled and the next one was rescheduled when we arrived at the airport. At the gate of the cancelled flight, there was no Pegasus staff to guide passengers, no information was given, and we were literally left on our own with no support or direction. Due to today’s delay, all the plans we had made for the following day were completely ruined. We lost a significant amount of time and suffered both financially and emotionally because of this disruption. Pegasus’s lack of communication, failure to inform passengers, and leaving us unattended in such a critical situation is unacceptable. I request that all of my losses and grievances arising from the cancellation and delay be fully compensated and that a clear explanation be provided regarding the reasons and the way this process was handled.
