Pegasus Airlines Broke Two Of My Suitcases



On my recent trips with Pegasus Airlines on the Berlin–Istanbul and Istanbul–Batman routes, I experienced serious problems both with baggage and with a delay. On these flights, two of my suitcases were broken, and during the Istanbul–Batman flight, there was a delay of approximately 1 hour without any explanation given to passengers. For the Berlin–Istanbul flight, I had paid 40 euros as a baggage fee, and I had purchased one of the damaged suitcases for 50 euros. Due to the damage to my luggage on this route, I am requesting reimbursement of the suitcase cost of 50 euros, as well as compensation for the baggage fee of 40 euros that I paid. In addition, I request that my damaged suitcases be replaced for the damage I experienced on the Istanbul–Batman flight. I kindly request that my baggage damage and the 1-hour delay without explanation be examined, and that my suitcase replacement and the above-mentioned payments and compensation be provided as soon as possible.
