Pegasus Airlines – Delayed Baggage, Stolen, and Damaged Items
Dear Sir/Madam, On December 10, 2024, I traveled with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC 986 from Berlin Brandenburg Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Unfortunately, I experienced significant issues with my baggage during this journey, and I have yet to receive a resolution. The Issues I Experienced: My Baggage Was Not Loaded onto the Flight: Despite checking in my baggage well before the flight, it did not arrive with me in Istanbul, causing significant inconvenience. Stolen and Damaged Items: When my baggage was finally delivered, I discovered that several items were missing. Additionally, the remaining items in my baggage were damaged. Lack of Communication from Pegasus Airlines: Despite multiple attempts to contact Pegasus Airlines, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. This lack of communication has only worsened my frustration and disappointment. My Requests: Compensation for the monetary value of the stolen and damaged items, Reimbursement for the financial and emotional losses I have endured, and Immediate action to resolve this issue. I urge Pegasus Airlines to take responsibility and resolve this matter promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will be forced to pursue all legal avenues available to protect my rights.
