On 10.12.2025, I flew with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1883 from Ercan Airport to Esenboğa Airport. When I collected my baggage at Esenboğa, I saw that my suitcase was seriously damaged, with visible cracks and breaks on both the front and back surfaces. Due to a very limited connection time and the need to catch a train to another city, I was unfortunately unable to stay at the airport to file a damage report or complete any formalities with the ground staff. However, the damage clearly occurred during the flight and handling, as the suitcase was intact when I handed it over at Ercan Airport. I kindly request that Pegasus compensate this damage by providing me with a new suitcase equivalent in quality and size to the one that was broken. I would like to be informed about the process and what documents or photos you may need so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
