4rabet Has Not Credited My ₹5,000 Deposit or Paid My ₹3,600 Withdrawal


I have a serious issue with my 4rabet account registered with the email address addictdakas***@gmail.com. I am from India and I use UPI for my transactions on the platform. On the morning of today, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 via UPI, but this amount is stuck and has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. In addition, three days ago I requested a withdrawal of ₹3,600 via UPI, and in the system it is shown as “paid out”, but the money has not reached my bank account. I contacted 4rabet customer support multiple times about both the stuck ₹5,000 deposit and the ₹3,600 withdrawal marked as paid out. They keep repeating that the funds are under verification, but they do not provide any proper or detailed reason for this long delay and they are not resolving the issue or returning the money. This situation is creating financial stress and completely destroys my trust in the platform. I request that my ₹5,000 deposit be immediately credited correctly to my 4rabet account, and that my ₹3,600 withdrawal, which is already shown as paid out in your system, be credited without any further delay to my bank account. I also expect a clear explanation for why these transactions have been held up for days despite showing as processed.

They should contact the payment provider if necessary, because our bank has already confirmed that the money was successfully sent to the recipient's account. From the banking side, everything is working properly. The issue appears to be elsewhere, so please investigate with the payment provider and provide a clear update on the status of my funds.
