We purchased 1 Hoover Brand H3DPS21076TB6-17 model washer dryer from Pazarama.com on December 11, 2024. On December 18, 2024, EPA Teknoloji (epateknoloji.com), a seller on Pazarama.com, uploaded a fake Aras Kargo (araskargo.com.tr) tracking code to the system and showed it as undelivered. Upon our investigation, we realized that the product we purchased had increased. When we asked Pazarama.com for the cargo number, they said that the cargo number in the system was incorrect. When we reached EPA Teknoloji, they said that Pazarama.com canceled the order. Pazarama.com said that the order was not canceled, but was being investigated. In short, by canceling the order with a fake cargo number in cooperation with each other, all 3 companies (Pazarama.com, EPA Teknoloji and Aras Kargo) victimized the customers they had ensnared in the system they had set up. Pazarama.com was complained about as a last resort because it did not resolve the issue despite days of effort and repeated meetings.
