I purchased an airline ticket through Wingie for a flight from Jordan to Jeddah on March 1, 2026, operated by Saudi Arabian Airlines. I completed the purchase while I was in Jordan, and I am still currently in Jordan. My reservation number is 7TH47Z.
My flight was canceled on the day of travel, but Wingie did not send me any notification, message, or email informing me that the flight had been canceled. Despite going to the airport and making all the necessary preparations, I only learned about the cancellation at the last minute, which caused me significant inconvenience.
After the flight was canceled, I tried to contact both Wingie and the airline company multiple times. I made phone calls, sent emails, and contacted them repeatedly through the app and technical support channels, but I have not received any response so far, and no solution has been offered.
For this reason, I am requesting an immediate full refund of the 223.539 Jordanian dinars I paid for the ticket purchased through Wingie. Because I was not informed about the flight cancellation and experienced financial, emotional, and psychological distress, I ask that this situation be urgently investigated and my grievance resolved.
