Amazon Delayed My ₺40K Computer Parts Refund After Receiving a Faulty Motherboard



My order number 279605066, totaling ₺40,000 and consisting of 5 different computer parts, arrived with a faulty motherboard. The next day, I took pictures of it and sent it back for a return. I'm also sharing the pictures here (the pins were bent). They apologized and informed me that a refund would be issued once the returned product reached the seller. Today, I received an email saying the product has reached the seller but is now under inspection, which will take 20 business days. This means it will take at least a month to get a result, and I still don’t know if the other components I purchased are fully functional. In the end, I paid ₺40,000 and now have a set of products with uncertain results, and I won't be able to use my computer for at least a month. The purpose of this post is to share my experience and prevent others from facing the same issue. My advice is to avoid shopping from platforms that do not protect customers and cause problems like this. If you're buying electronics, it's better to pay a bit more and buy from Amazon—at least they don't cause trouble with returns. By the way, I'll have to order a similar model from Amazon now because the other components are sitting here unused, and I need to use them.

I reached out to the seller company and explained the situation. Thankfully, they said they would help, that the faulty socket section of the motherboard would be replaced by Asus, and that they would then continue the process quickly. I hope for a positive outcome.
