Acer Asked for a Replacement of My Nitro 5 Despite It Being Under Warranty

I sent my Acer Nitro 5 laptop in for warranty service. They're now asking for a ₺60,000 replacement fee for a laptop I could currently buy for ₺40,000 — that’s the first issue. The second issue is that they claim the laptop was previously opened and say they can only proceed outside of warranty. And the biggest problem is that they diagnosed a motherboard and fan failure. I sent the device in because the fan was making noise while running — most likely due to rust or contact with another part. This device still has 7 months of warranty left, has never been opened or touched internally, and I seriously wonder which careless technician came to this conclusion and had the nerve to present it to me as if it's acceptable. If you don’t get in touch and resolve this, I’ll be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights and taking legal action.
