I Would Love To Have My Paysafecard Back (unblocked)

I am from the Czech Republic, and I recently bought a Paysafecard with a value of 4,000 CZK from a shop, and I still have the original receipt. When I entered the code into the Paysafecard app on 28 December, the card was immediately blocked with a message that it was “blocked for security reasons,” and I have not been able to use the balance at all since then. I contacted Paysafecard through the help service, but the only response I received was that the card is blocked for security reasons, without any clear explanation or solution. I paid a significant amount of money for this card, and I am now unable to access or use the 4,000 CZK that I loaded. I kindly request that my Paysafecard be unblocked so that I can use the full 4,000 CZK balance. If that is not possible, I expect a full refund of 4,000 CZK, ideally to my card, based on my valid receipt and the fact that I have not been able to use the code at all. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
