Paysend Transfer of 518€ Did Not Arrive After 15 Days

I made a money transfer through Paysend, but the funds never reached the recipient’s account. It has now been 15 days, and my money is still missing with no clear explanation. The transferred amount of 518€ has simply disappeared, leaving me without access to my own funds.
I expected a fast and reliable international transfer, but instead, I am left without answers. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate matters further, including pursuing the case legally. If I end up in a legal dispute with the receiving bank, the responsibility will lie with Paysend, since they failed to ensure the transfer was completed correctly.
I demand that Paysend urgently locate my missing 518€ and either deposit it into the recipient’s account or return it to me without delay. Customers should not have to wait weeks or chase down their own money when using a trusted financial platform.
