On February 16, 2025, at 07:14, I transferred €1,100 from my bank account (HR42 2402 0063 2126 6555 9) to my Paysend account. However, the money never arrived.
Then, on February 18, 2025, at 19:05, I made another transfer of €215 from the same bank account to the same Paysend account, and once again, the funds were not credited. I have both payment receipts available as proof of these transactions, which clearly confirm that the amounts were successfully sent from my bank.
It is unacceptable that two separate transfers have gone missing without explanation. These are not small amounts, and I am left waiting without my money while Paysend provides no clarity.
I request that Paysend urgently investigate these two failed transfers and immediately credit €1,100 and €215 to my account or return the funds to my bank. Customers deserve transparency, speed, and reliability when transferring money internationally, not delays and missing funds.
