Paysafecard Blocks Cards and Demands ID for €30 Refund

I am completely disappointed with Paysafecard. I purchased two cards, but both of them turned out to be blocked and completely unusable. When I contacted customer support, I was told that in order to receive a refund, I would need to provide unnecessary personal information such as a copy of my ID and my address. Expecting customers to fix the company’s own mistakes while placing so many obstacles in their way is simply unacceptable.
I wasted hours trying to get my €30 back, and all I got in return was stress and frustration. Paysafecard’s irresponsibility and poor customer service are truly shocking. They should compensate me for the time and effort I lost because of their handling of this issue.
