I am attempting to sign up for Payoneer, but when it comes time to verify my phone number, I am unable to get the verification code. I keep receiving a generic error (3006) message. When I called customer service, they informed me that I already had a Payoneer account, which is not the case, can't be. I didn't open one before until now. They also urged me to change my password, but I am unable to even receive the email to change my password! If I had an account, they would be able to send me an email right? They are leaving me in a very tough spot as if it's me who is the customer, I am asked to chase them around trying to convince them to make things easier for me so I can open an account.
