Unable to Update Payoneer Contact Information

Hi there, I'm having an issue with my Payoneer account verification code being sent to my previous phone number. Although I don't encounter any problems with my email and password, I'm unable to log in due to the fact that the verification code is being sent to my old phone number. As a result, I cannot change my phone number. I'm eager to find a solution to this problem, but unfortunately, customer service hasn't been very helpful. What course of action should I take?
