I Face Login Error on Payoneer — Verification Code Not Sent to Phone

For about 15 days, I haven’t been able to access my Payoneer individual account. When I try to log in, the verification code never arrives, and I keep getting the error message:

“The number you entered is not valid. Please check the number and try again.”

I’ve tried logging in at least 10 times during this period, but nothing works. My account contains some balance, and I have not made any changes to my registered email or phone number.

I also sent an email to Payoneer customer support, but I haven’t received any response.

I request that the verification code issue be fixed and that my access to the account be restored as soon as possible.
