Unauthorized Transaction via Sipay on 03.10.2024 – Paybox Claims No Record Found

On October 3, 2024, a transaction was made on my credit card via Sipay under the name Paybox. When I contacted the company, they told me, "We don't have any record of this transaction." How can I find out where the money was transferred? Would this information be visible on the transaction receipt? Paybox claims they can’t see the transaction, so I’m looking for a way to trace the payment. Any assistance on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
