If Paybox debited your money but did not credit your account or app, first check to see if the transaction is still outstanding, as temporary holds normally clear themselves after a few business days.

If it has already been finished, please contact Paybox support immediately. Despite consumer complaints about restricted contact methods, the official Paybox website claims to offer 24/7 help.

If contacting Paybox does not fix the issue, escalate to your bank or card issuer to dispute the charge.

Financial institutions often have proper procedures in place to deal with unlawful or defective transactions, and they may provide a provisional credit while they investigate.
