Bibox is processing deposit transactions, but they’re not completing withdrawals. I requested a withdrawal of 1277 USDT on 12.08.2024, and it still hasn’t been sent. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and they keep giving me the same response: “We’ve reported it to the technical team,” but there’s been no resolution. They’re not sending my funds, and I’ve also experienced issues where my previous deposits didn't show up in my account. There are problems with both depositing and withdrawing funds on Bibox.
