Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited Kotak Bank - Payment Missing
On 22/01/2026, I made a deposit of 1600 from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account via UPI to my Parimatch gaming account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The payment details are as follows: UTR number 781846594045 and transaction ID T2601222249048882359425. The payer name is Joynuddin Mondal and the payer UPI ID is joynuddin5555@ybl. Despite the payment going through from my bank, the funds are not visible on my Parimatch account. I tried to contact Parimatch customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far. This is causing me inconvenience, as my money has been taken from my bank but I cannot use it on the platform. I request that the amount of 1600 be immediately credited to my Parimatch gaming account based on the transaction details I have provided, or that Parimatch urgently investigates and resolves this issue.
