Parimatch Deposit Delay Complaint After Two UPI Payments
I made two UPI deposits through PhonePe to my Parimatch account on 14 and 15 February, with a total value of 17,500 rupees. The payments were shown as successful on PhonePe’s side, and the amount was debited from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account, but the funds were never credited to my Parimatch account. When I contacted support, I was informed that the payments are successful, yet I still do not see the corresponding balance in Parimatch, and I am unable to use this money to play. This situation is causing me inconvenience because my money has been deducted, but it is not available where I intended to use it. I request that the 17,500 rupees be promptly and correctly credited to my Parimatch account, or that you coordinate with the relevant parties so that the missing deposits are traced, and the balance appears in my Parimatch account without any further delay.
