Parimatch Fails to Credit 3,500 INR UPI Deposit Despite Bank Confirmation
On January 9, 2026, I made a 3,500 INR deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I contacted Parimatch customer support and a support ticket was created, but I have not received any response or resolution so far.
Afterward, I checked with my UPI service and bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully completed and that the funds were received by the payee. Despite this confirmation, the deposit is still not reflected in my Parimatch account. I am requesting that the 3,500 INR deposit made via UPI with transaction/reference ID 395174013285 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or that this issue be urgently resolved and that I be clearly informed of the outcome.
