Parimatch Paytm Transaction Completed but Balance Not Updated
Today at approximately 12:02 AM, I deposited ₹4,999.16 into my Parimatch account through the Parimatch app using Paytm. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, and the Paytm transaction shows as completed with UTR number 603710415683, but the funds have still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch customer support through live chat, and a support ticket was created, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. Due to this delay, I am unable to use the deposited amount to play on the platform as intended. I request that this deposit be urgently traced and that the ₹4,999.16 be credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay, or that I be provided with a clear explanation and prompt resolution.
