Parimatch Gaming Balance Not Updated Despite Bank Debit

On February 7, 2026, I made a ₹15,000 deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI using Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my GPay/bank account, and the transaction shows as completed on my side. However, the funds have not been credited to my Parimatch gaming balance. After noticing that the deposit did not appear in my account, I contacted Parimatch customer support to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing serious inconvenience, as my money is stuck despite the payment going through successfully. I request that my ₹15,000 deposit be urgently traced and either credited immediately to my Parimatch gaming account or refunded to my original payment method, along with a clear explanation for the delay.
