Parimatch Fails to Credit 5,000 INR Despite Successful Bank Debit
On October 17, 2025, I made a deposit of 5,000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the transaction reference/UTR number is 529026260280. However, this deposit has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. Since this issue occurred, I have contacted Parimatch customer support repeatedly over the past three and a half months. Each time, I was told that the matter had been forwarded to the accounts department and was under review, but there has been no concrete resolution or meaningful update, and my funds remain missing. I request that Parimatch immediately credit the 5,000 INR to my account or refund the same amount to my bank account. In addition, due to the unjustified delay of more than three months and the inconvenience caused, I also request appropriate compensation. Please inform me clearly once the credit/refund and compensation have been processed.
