Parimatch Payment Pending After Successful Paytm Transaction

I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my Parimatch account (Player ID: 216560972) through Paytm on 08 February 2026. The amount was successfully deducted from my Paytm account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The UTR number for this transaction is 396905426608. I contacted your support team and was informed that I need to send a screenshot as proof. I do have the required screenshot, but there is no option or clear way on your platform to upload or share it, so my complaint is still pending only because of this. I find it very unfair that my money is stuck even though I have already provided all the necessary information from my side. I request that my ₹10,000 deposit made via Paytm on 08 February 2026 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account, and that you also provide a clear and workable method for submitting the screenshot and any required proof so that this issue can be resolved without further delay.
