Parimatch Support Confirms Deposit but Balance Never Updates

I deposited ₹18,500 into my Pari Match online gaming account on 07-01-2026, but the money has still not been credited to my account to date. The payment was made under transaction/UTR/reference number 679165242610. After noticing that the amount was not reflected in my account balance, I contacted Pari Match customer care by email. They informed me that my money was “secure,” but even after this assurance, the amount has still not been credited to my account, and there has been no resolution. I request that Pari Match immediately credit the pending amount of ₹18,500 to my account without any further delay and provide a clear confirmation once this is done.
